Roumari (Kurigram):
Alhaj Mostafizur Rahman Mostak is contesting the upcoming national parliamentary election from the Kurigram-4 constituency as a candidate of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. He is participating in the election with the party symbol “Scales.”
An election campaign poster recently released highlights his commitments to the overall development of the Kurigram-4 constituency. His key pledges include riverbank erosion prevention and river management, improvement of transportation facilities, ensuring quality healthcare services, and comprehensive infrastructural development.
The manifesto also emphasizes the development of the Roumari–Kurigram road connection, skill development training and employment opportunities for youth, reduction of agricultural production costs to ease the hardships of people in char (river island) areas, and the promotion of women’s employment, development, and empowerment.
Through the campaign materials, voters have been urged to vote for the Scales symbol to support the establishment of development and a justice-based society in Kurigram-4 by electing the Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate.
Meanwhile, these pledges have sparked discussions among local voters. The political atmosphere in the Kurigram-4 constituency is becoming increasingly active as people debate how realistic and achievable these promises of development, employment, and social justice will be.
